Why is Chinese fooooood so good & delicious to people worldwide?
I thought about this and have concluded that because the Chinese people had
a particular set of circumstances that made it possible to produce some of the
best tasting cuisine in the world.
1) A written language; Made it possible to create recipes that could be passed on & widely distributed, tweaked
to perfection over many generations.
2) Do the math!; Having a working numerical system of weights & measures made it possible to expand or reduce
the size of any recipe and know exactly the right amounts of ingedients to use or not.
3) Location, Location; China is an enormous country with abundant & varied natural resourses. With so many
possible ingredients to choose from, why not choose the best?
That's it, that's my theory. It makes sense to me, anyway. Reply if you like.
