| Why is Chinese fooooood so good & delicious to people worldwide?
I thought about this and have concluded that because the Chinese people had a particular set of circumstances that made it possible to produce some of the best tasting cuisine in the world.
1) A written language; Made it possible to create recipes that could be passed on & widely distributed, tweaked to perfection over many generations.
2) Do the math!; Having a working numerical system of weights & measures made it possible to expand or reduce the size of any recipe and know exactly the right amounts of ingedients to use or not.
3) Location, Location; China is an enormous country with abundant & varied natural resourses. With so many possible ingredients to choose from, why not choose the best?
